The Retreat is a spacious and characterful farmhouse set within the grounds of an award-winning vineyard. With over 1,400 sq ft of living space across two floors, it offers stunning views across the valley and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

You enter through a utility room into a large, fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, oven, breakfast bar, dining table, log burner, and TV. The kitchen leads into the central hall, off which sit the living room, second bedroom, and a family bathroom with both bath and separate shower. The light-filled living room has generous windows framing the surrounding views and includes a second log burner and TV for cosy evenings.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with super king-size bed and en-suite (bath and separate shower). The second bedroom is a comfortable double with a bathroom located just next door.

Outside, a private drive leads to a covered car port and enclosed garden—ideal for dogs—as well as a large front lawn with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Winter escapes are now available – enjoy a two-night vineyard stay with wine tasting, hampers, and more, from £600.
Available for bookings between 1st November 2025 and 28th February 2026.

Longer stays of 7 nights or more are discounted by 20%

Under 18s: Babies up to 12 months and children over the age of 11 are allowed to stay in The Retreat – please note that no baby equipment is provided.

Cleaning fee: A cleaning fee of £100 will be added to each booking (included in the price paid when booking below)

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled more than 2 months before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled more than 1 month but less than 2 months before check-in. No refund if cancelled less than 1 month prior to check-in.
