Description
The Annex at Barrow CottageThe cottage is set in rolling countyside and ideally situated to access beaches and local attractions across the Isle of Wight.
The Annex is a single storey extension to the cottage, with the use of a large garden and paddock. It is situated in one of the loveliest parts of the Isle of Wight, set amidst rolling green fields and close to the picturesque village of Godshill in an area of outstanding natural beauty. This is great walking country and we are surrounded by footpaths, but we are still just a 10 minute drive away to the beaches of Shanklin and Ventnor. It’s great for families and couples who just want to relax.
The nearest village, Godshill, is a country walk, three minute drive or a short bus trip away and has two pubs that serve food as well as tea rooms and restaurants including a Thai. The renowned Model village is in the centre of Godshill.
Robin Hill adventure park is a 10’ drive away and Blackgang Chine Amusement Park a beautiful 20’ drive along the south coast.
The Annex has two bedrooms one double, one twin. An open plan sitting room and kitchenette with seating for four. It opens out onto the large garden with bifold doors to make the most of the weather. The bathroom has a bath with a shower above., as well as a toilet and hand basin.
Our large garden and paddock are ideal for children to let off steam and an outdoor dining area and BBQ will tempt the adults. The kitchen has an oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and there is WiFi in the Annex too.
