La Farigoulette is a beautiful, spacious country villa, decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard, set in nearly 5000sqm of olive groves and enchanting gardens. Sleeping up to 14 people comfortably plus infants, the villa is within an easy distance to Grasse, Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, many beautiful beaches, and the enchanting mountain villages of Gourdon, St Paul de Vence and Eze. La Farigoulette is a private haven, superbly positioned on the Côte d'Azur comprising:7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms), large pool, pool house w/kitchen, two BBQs, sun terraces, fruit trees, and alfresco dining.
Amazingly-equipped kitchen includes a US fridge/freezer and ice-maker, with adjacent laundry room. There is a large living and dining room with fireplace and balcony on the Main level and a second large living room/games room/library on the Garden level with a 75" Sat TV with surround sound, DVD, video, music system, and private terrace. There are several outside dining areas, garden lighting, table tennis, petanque pitch and indoor table football. La Farigoulette is a lovely home incorporating the latest modern facilities with Provençal grace and style.

Wonderful Week
By Sarah B on 20-Aug-2025We have just returned from a wonderful week long stay at the property. It was a lovely home for our 4 families (14 of us) to meet and enjoy a holiday together. The house was very spacious with plenty of seating areas and dining areas with tables large enough to accommodate us all. Table tennis, boules and table football entertained the younger members of the family and the pool which was a great size and temperature was enjoyed by everyone and the bonus of a bar area by the pool was great!(additional plastic glasses/plates by the pool would be useful)There was also plenty of secure parking. John, the host, met us upon arrival was very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information. (An additional house key would be beneficial if more than two families staying)I would happily recommend the property to others wanting to enjoy a beautiful home to relax and enjoy the facilities but at the same time be close to the coast and other local attractions.
Amazing House!

Our plan was to celebrate my wife’sanniversary with our extended family and our expectation were very high on both the house, pool and outdoorspaces. Our expectation were not only met, this house and hosts (John & Rachel) surely over delivered, wegive it the highest rating available. We have rented 20 houses over the years in Spain, Italy & France and this houseIs by far the best we have ever experienced.Thank you John & Rachel, we will surely be back!
Wonderful Family Destination!
By Carolyn B on 01-Jun-2025Had a fabulous week in this Villa, the pool area is exceptional for a family, lots of sunbeds, huge pool and and outdoor kitchen. The beds were so comfortable, lovely bed linen and every bedroom air conditioned. Kitchen very well stocked with all you need for a big family. Would say you definitely need a car, very hilly around and a good half an hours walk to the nearest restaurant etc. John, Rachel and Tina were exceptional with their communication and were so welcoming. What a fabulous week

By David on 30-Sep-2023John is a wonderful host who welcomed us to his incredible property and made us feel very at home. The gardens are beautiful and the pool (which we heated) is spectacular. Multiple living areas and outdoor spaces made the house very comfortable for our group of 9 adults and 4 children - everyone had a place to go to read or for some respite from the group - and the enormous outdoor dining table made for an excellent dinner spot amongst the well lit olive trees.

Fun was had by all with the table tennis, swimming pool and table football. The property was of a scale that we all had on our space and then could get together in the communal areas for meals and games. I would highly recommend and we hope to be back.
Fabulous large family holiday
By Rachael W on 24-Jul-2023We were a group of two families with young adult children and their friends plus a dog. The house was perfect for our needs ... plenty of bedrooms and space for all. The pool was a big hit, with ample sunbeds for everyone. We had BBQs outside the kitchen, sitting at the wonderful large table, looking out over the terraces and pool lit at night. This ice machine was a big hit, plus A/C in all the bedrooms. The local area was beautiful, we particularly enjoyed Valbonne. There are plenty of places to eat out and we even had Uber Eats delivery pizza one night! We did day trips to Cannes and Monaco as well. John and Rachael were really helpful and made the whole process of booking, providing information, plus arrival and departure really easy. I would recommend and love to go back!
