Dukes Holiday Apartment is located on Great Yarmouth's seafront offering spacious luxury living accommodation up to 12 people, making it a ideal holiday for families or groups of friends who are looking for a spacious, well maintained property with a high level of comfort. Renovated to a excellent high standard and finish with retained original period features. Beautifully presented with 5 bedrooms, plus large sofa bed, large kitchen dining room with separate lounge, 3 bathrooms and outside terraced area with superb views of the sea and scroby sands.Prime Location on Great Yarmouth's Golden Mile Seafront.
Situated on Marine Parade which is the vibrant focal point of Great Yarmouth's seafront, packed with amusements, attractions, adventure golf, pubs and restaurants. Arc cinema and the new Britannia pier can be viewed from the apartment. Within walking distance to the New State of Art Marina Centre including Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre, Sea Life Centre, Pleasure Beach, Great Yarmouth's race course and the town centre. The long sandy stretch of beach is only a few feet away with miles of golden sands. Pleasurewood hills theme park and many more attractions nearby. Good local bus service.
Accommodation is over 5 levels:
Ground Floor:
Large oak paneled hallway with plenty of hooks and space for coats and shoes.
Stairs leading to first level:
Large family bathroom with large electric walk in shower, two vanity washbasins and bath. Separate wc and hand basin.
Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing board and Iron.
Stairs leading to second level:
Large stylish kitchen fitted to a excellent high standard with white shiny work units. Large work island with built in microwave and wine chiller. Large Range cooker, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer with ice maker.
Dining Room area with a grand rosewood dining table with 12 chairs, fireplace, leather sofa and 4 arm chairs. 50 inch TV/Netflix (few games/books provided). French doors and windows with spectacular views of the sea and seafront.
Stairs leading to third level:
Bedroom One – Two single beds, wardrobe hairdryer and washbasin.
Bedroom Two – Double bed, wardrobe, hairdryer and washbasin.
Stairs leading to fourth level:
Large spacious lounge with seating for 12 people, large leather sofa bed, fireplace, 60 inch TV/Netflix, stunning seaviews.
Shower room with walk in shower, washbasin, wc and bluetooth speaker.
Bedroom Three – King size bed with built in wardrobe and dressing table, hairdryer TV.
Stairs leading to fifth level:
Shower room with walk in shower, large vanity washbasin, wc and bluetooth speaker.
Bedroom four – Double bed with built in wardrobe and dressing table, hairdryer, TV, seaview.
Bedroom Five – King size double bed with built in wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer, TV. Door in bedroom leading to a small outside terrace area with magnificent views of sea and seafront. Outside furniture provided for 2 to 4 people.
BOOKING INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
Free complimentary Wifi provided. (Due to location and size of Apartment we cannot be held responsible for loss of signal).
All bedlinen provided with beds made up for your arrival.
Towels - We can provide if required, one bath towel, one hand towel and one face cloth per person (£5 per person). We do not supply beach towels. Tea towels are provided.
Central Heating is inclusive of the price but hopefully this will not be needed during the summer season.
Electricity - This is £4 per night. This will be taken off your damage security deposit.
Parking - We can register (virtual) two vehicles free of charge for the duration of your stay which will allow you to park in any resident A space in any of the back streets behind Dukes or anywhere you see the resident permit A sign. A small fee will be charged for any extra cars.
REDUCED PRICES FOR 6 PEOPLE OR LESS - PLEASE ENQUIRE
Check in time is from 3pm (please arrive as near to arrival time as possible).
You will be met on arrival and shown around the Apartment personally by the owner, who will be available by phone to answer any questions during you stay. If owner not available you will be provided with a key code and check in instructions. Instruction and information booklet available in the Apartment.
Check out time is 10.15 am - please depart promptly on time.
Deposit - once your booking is confirmed we will require £300.00 deposit (per week) to secure your booking (Non refundable). The remainder of your holiday must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date. For holidays booked less than 8 weeks before, full payment is required.
A damage/cleaning security deposit is required of £200.00 is to be paid with your full payment, this will be returned to you at the end of your holiday minus your electricity charge on condition everything is ok on inspection of the Apartment.
Payment is by Bank Transfer.
Conditions - strictly no smoking in the Apartment. Families, friends and couples only. No groups of under 25. No Pets. Please leave Apartment as you found it, all cleaning materials are provided.

Weekend visiting friends
By Dianne Patey on 01-Jul-2018This apartment is absolutely superb. It has recently been completed to a very high standard and has everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday by the sea. When I walked in I just thought “wow”. There is a huge dining table which is lovely for family and friends to get together and this room overlooks the sea. The owners have given a lot of thought to the facilities provided in the apartment, it is clean and comfortable with lots of space. We stayed with some friends but it would be ideal for families to share. It is ideally situated for the beach, restaurants, pubs, entertainment and it’s within an easy walk to the main shopping areas. We loved it and will definitely go again.

Great Yarmouth Airshow Weekend Family of 11

As a family of 11, we came down for the Great Yarmouth Airshow and finding accommodation isn't easy, finding luxury accommodation almost impossible, until we found this place. Every room is furnished to the highest standard, bedrooms for the kids and larger bedrooms for Adults, 2 large family rooms both with stunning views across the beach and down the promenade. This is without a double the most luxurious self catering apartment in Great Yarmouth. Cannot recommend it highly enough 10 out of 10 !!
