Situated on Marine Parade which is the vibrant focal point of Great Yarmouth's seafront, packed with amusements, attractions, adventure golf, pubs and restaurants. Arc cinema and Britannia pier can be viewed from the apartment. Within walking distance to the Sea Life Centre, Pleasure Beach, Great Yarmouth's race course and the town centre. The long sandy stretch of beach is only a few feet away with miles of golden sands. Pleasurewood hills theme park, Pettits adventure park and many more attractions nearby. Good local bus service.

Dining Room area with a grand rosewood dining table with 12 chairs, fireplace, leather sofa and 3 arm chairs. 50 inch TV/freeview/Netflix with DVD (DVDs and few games/books provided). French doors and windows with spectacular views of the sea and seafront.

Bedroom Five – King size double bed with built in wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer, TV. Door in bedroom leading to a small outside terrace area with magnificent views of sea and seafront. Outside furniture provided for 2 to 4 people.
BOOKING INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
Free complimentary Wifi provided. (Due to location and size of Apartment we cannot be held responsible for loss of signal).
All bedlinen provided with beds made up for your arrival. Please note we only supply a limited amount of spare bedlinen.
Towels - We can provide if required, one bath towel, one hand towel and one face cloth per person (£5 per person). We do not supply beach towels. Tea towels are provided.
Central Heating is inclusive of the price but hopefully this will not be needed during the summer season.
Electricity - The amount you use will be taken off your deposit, this usually ranges from £10 to £30 depending on your usage and how many people in your party.
Parking - We can register (virtual) two vehicles free of charge for the duration of your stay which will allow you to park in any resident A space in any of the back streets behind Dukes or anywhere you see the resident permit A sign. If you are coming in more than two cars please enquire.
REDUCED PRICES FOR 6 PEOPLE OR LESS - PLEASE ENQUIRE
Holidays are for 7 nights only, Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is from 3pm (please arrive as near to arrival time as possible).
You will be met on arrival and shown around the Apartment personally by the owner, who will be available by phone to answer any questions during you stay. Instruction and information booklet available in the Apartment.
Check out time is 10.15 am - please depart promptly on time.
Deposit - once your booking is confirmed we will require £300.00 deposit (per week) to secure your booking (Non refundable). The remainder of your holiday must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date. For holidays booked less than 8 weeks before, full payment is required.
A damage/cleaning security deposit is required of £200.00 is to be paid with your full payment, this will be returned to you at the end of your holiday minus any extra electricity payments on condition everything is ok on inspection of the Apartment.
Payment is by Bank Transfer or cheque.
Conditions - strictly no smoking in the Apartment. Families, friends and couples only. No groups of under 25. No Pets. Please leave Apartment as you found it, all cleaning materials are provided.
