Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, one with shower, bath and toilet, and the other with shower and wc.
A third toilet is at the entrance for added convenience.
Open kitchen: Fully equipped for kitchen enthusiasts, with a friendly central island to share a meal or a drink.
Central living room: Large corner sofa, smartTV, digital piano, library, board games and a large coffee table.

The leisure parks (Beetle, Accrobranche, Aqualand, ...) are less than 4km away.
Arcachon, its beach and shuttles to Cap Ferret are 6km away;
the Dune du Pilat and the Banc d 'Arguin 12km away.

1 bedding + 2 small and 2 large towels + 1 kitchen towel, bath mat and hand towel.
