Centrally located on the Llyn Peninsula, between Pwllheli and Nefyn, Delfryn is our stunning converted stone barn with open plan living. The barn sleeps six people, plus a baby or young child in a cot, in three bedrooms. With two bathrooms (one is an en-suite to the master bedroom), vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and open-plan living, it is the perfect place to spend a week with family and friends.
Delfryn benefits from level access throughout, a walk-in shower in the en-suite and a sloped access option for reaching the external decked area from the parking area. Please see our website for Delfryn’s Access Statement.
Delfryn offers free Full Fibre broadband, with guaranteed 100MB download speed. The living room has a Belkin Bluetooth speaker with wireless mobile phone charging. All bedrooms have alarm clocks with both wireless and USB phone charging.
Of an evening, why not snuggle up on the sofa to watch the Ultra HD Smart TV in front of the wood-burning stove.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
LOUNGE: Open plan living area with comfy corner sofa, Ultra HD smart TV, wood burning stove, selection of games & books and a Belkin Bluetooth speaker with wireless phone charger.
KITCHEN: The kitchen has every item you will need, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and a Tassimo Happy coffee machine.
DINING: Spacious dining area with dining table and seating for six people. (A highchair is also available on request).
MASTER BEDROOM: 5’ king bed with en-suite shower room. Door to decking area.
EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM: With toilet, sink and walk-in shower. (A shower stool and toilet seat riser are available on request).
BEDROOM 2: Spacious double bedroom with a 5’ king bed. Storage cupboard (hoover & ironing board, etc). This room can accommodate a travel cot (available on request).
BEDROOM 3: Twin room with two 3’ single beds.
FAMILY BATHROOM: Shower over bath, toilet and sink.
DECKING AREA: Accessed via either steps or a slope from the parking area. Delfryn’s external decked area, with seating and barbecue, can be accessed directly either from the master bedroom or from the living room, and benefits from stunning views across the valley to Llithfaen and Yr Eifl in the distance.
EV CHARGER: A dual socket 7kWh Project EV car charger is provided (cable not supplied). Chargeable via app. Please let us know if you will be coming in an electric vehicle so that we can give you further information about charging at Hendre Barns.
DOGS WELCOME: Two well behaved dogs are welcome, for a fee of £25 per booking, but must be kept on leads due to the presence of livestock at Hendre Barns.

By Marie M on 10-Sep-2023Met by Emma upon arrival. Beautiful location, very peaceful. Accommodation was spotless and beautifully presented. Milk, coffee and cake waiting for us upon arrival. Great space. Ample parking spot. Decked area overlooked shared access space so long line useful for dog as area not secure but worked very well for us. Worth noting though if you bring dog to this particular booking, smaller accommodation does have enclosed court yard but you wouldn’t get the amazing view we had from our front windows and decked area. Nice quiet lane, lovely to walk dog along. Would certainly book again, Emma is a lovely host, very friendly and very helpful with regards to queries prior to our visit.
