The journey begins in the welcoming hallway, where you will pass through the heart of the home; the expansive farmhouse kitchen/diner. Next is the inviting lounge, where a wood burner takes center stage, exuding a cozy ambiance that invites you to unwind and relax. Sink into the plush sofas, curl up with a good book, or enjoy quality time with the family, enveloped in the comforting warmth of the crackling fire. Heading back out into the entrance hall you will find a utility room, providing a space for laundry and additional storage. Meanwhile a convenient WC ensures that everyone’s needs are met without compromising comfort. For moments of quiet retardant or intermate conversations, there is also a cozy snug. As you accent the stairs, the promise of a restful nights awaits in the three good sized bedrooms. The first bedrooms delights with a super king sized bed and en-suite shower room whilst the second bedroom beckons with a luxurious king sized bed, providing a private sanctuary for relaxation plus a sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. The third bedroom is a comfortable double.Completing the upper level is a beautiful family bathroom featuring a roll-top bath and a refreshing shower. Sink into the indulgent bubbles of the bath and relax after a fun-filled day exploring the local area.
Heading outside to the fantastic garden area you will find the hot tub sheltered by a festoon lit pergola. The vast green lawn that offers an ideal playground for children or furry friends alike. Unwind on the patio, furnished with comfortable seating and a large BBQ, where you can savour al fresco dining with loved ones in the sunshine.
The hot tub is a new addition to the property, to continue to make it competitive we’ve decided to price the hot tub separately as many of our regular guests won’t want to pay or use this facility, the price for the 5 man hot tub is £150 for up to a weeks stay.
