The space
Enjoy cooking and dining together in the open plan kitchen and dining area, designed for both casual meals and special occasions. The home features two distinct living spaces: a seating room with panoramic ocean views, ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets, and a cosy lounge with a TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of adventure.

The layout is ideal for all ages, with a convenient twin bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for guests who like to avoid stairs. Upstairs, you'll find two luxurious king bedrooms and a spacious family bedroom with two single beds and a day bed; great for kids or additional guests.

In the field there is a newly surfaced hard court tennis court which is shared with the other houses. There is no booking system in operation, and we trust that no one house will monopolise the use of the court, and abide by the rules, ensuring they are wearing appropriate foot wear.


Other things to note:

The House sleeps 9 comfortably in the four bedrooms.
There is however a 5th room (the Rudder room. see photos) which is more like a 'bunk room' as it has mattresses' on the floor (3 singles and a double mattress) This room can accommodate up to four adults or five children..
There is also a pull out bed that can sleep a child in the downstairs bedroom

This takes the total occupancy to thirteen adults and no children. Or nine adults and six children.

A travel cot is available
Also included is a telephone and WiFi broadband access.
Outside parking for several cars, barbecue, various sun loungers and 2 large picnic tables.
There are extensive lawns and use of a hard court tennis court (shared with other houses in the family owned field)
There is a restaurant and pub 200 yards and shops 1 mile from the house.
Heating and electricity are included in the rent, linen is not provided.
A maximum of two well behaved dogs is permitted.
