By Emma on 19-Sep-2025A lovely little property in a beautiful setting. The road outside can be fairly busy at times, but that didnt bother us and kept the dog entertained watching passing tractors! Beautiful woodland all around for walkies and ideally situated for all the area has to offer. Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. We would definitely come again.

By Martin on 25-Jul-2025We really enjoyed our stay at Owl's retreat I was all very clean, and nicely decorated throughout. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was lovely, and the bedroom had the most beautiful views of the woods.Besides the wardrobe, there were plenty of drawers .Views from the lounge lovely too.We had a very peaceful, relaxed week, and would certainly book again.
The Old Barn
By Graham on 27-Jun-2025Lovely quaint cottage! Well maintained. Plugs aplenty. Good quality all around well maintained equipment all PAT tested! Bed lovely! Just wish some dog owners would pick up the mess! To stop spoiling it for others. That is not the fault of the owner! 100 percent.
