Description
The holiday cottage overlooks the moat of Newtimber Place, a 17th Century Manor House which is about 7 miles north of the city of Brighton and Hove.It sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms - one king and one twin and one single. It is heated by an air source heat pump.
It has a garden with a barbecue. The garden is fenced, but small children would have to be supervised as there is deep water nearby.
The main bedroom and single bedroom are upstairs along with the main bathroom that has a shower over the bath. There is a downstairs bathroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet. There is a fitted kitchen with the usual appliances including freezer, microwave, washer/dryer machine and dishwasher. There is parking for 2 cars.
There are lots of walks nearby and the cottage is within the South Downs National Park. Towels, linen, central heating, hot water and electric are all included in the price (Except car charging). There is an EV charge point on site to charge your car - it's a 7.2KW mode 3 with a Type 2 socket so you'd need to bring your own lead. Due to the price of electric, this is chargeable.
We also include liquid soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, washing powder, tea and coffee etc. We regret we cannot accept pets as sheep graze adjoining the cottage. We do not allow smoking inside the cottage.
We do have flexible changeover days but Fridays and Mondays are cheaper. It is not possible to display accurate prices here as the site is not compatible with the pricing mechanism used on our booking system but our website has accurate pricing and online booking.
