Description

Large 4 bedroom townhouse with 4 roof terraces in the town of Sérignan 4km from Mediterranean coast. The 3 storey property is located close to the centre of the vibrant small town with all amenities, restaurants, bars and markets nearby.

All bedrooms are on the 1st floor, 3 with double beds ( air con to main bedroom) and 1 with 2 singles, bathroom, separate WC and 'en-suite' second living room, large linen/storage room and courtyard also on this floor.

The 2nd (top) floor accommodates the living areas comprising the kitchen/breakfast area, the main living/dining ( this room is also equipped with an air conditioning unit) 3rd bathroom as well as the 3 open air terraces the largest of which is 42 sq.m. The house is very spacious and can accommodate an extended family or a group, occasionally parties of up to four people each preferring their own room have availed of the accommodation.

The property is fully equipped with all facilities for cooking and dining. Bed linen and towels are provided in each bedroom which are also furnished with chest of drawers, bedside lockers and individual room fans.

While guests are requested to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition as found, a 'femme/homme de ménage' is engaged ( included in rental cost, not extra) to undertake the laundry and cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen in particular for each arrival.

Exellent séjour!

The property sits in the heart of the old town. It is surprisingly spacious with the 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor and the main living areas and 3 roof terraces on the airy 2nd floor. Parking was away from the property which we were aware of however still relatively near, free and safe. Everything you need is close by and the house is tastefully furnished and well equipped. Frequent and convenient bus services to Valras-Plage(4km), Sérignan- les- Plages (5km) and the city of Béziers(11km) The roof terraces were superb with both early morning sun on the front balcony and late evening sun on the very large rear terrace. Good communication with the owners Patricia and Niall (not on site), many thanks to them.
