Villa located on the edge of Pomerols, sleeps 8, wifi, swimming poolAttractive, detached villa set in a delightful, enclosed Mediterranean garden with a private fenced-in pool.
Located on the edge of the small town of Pomerols this property is within walking distance of local amenities incl. bakery, butchers, tabac, pharmacy, cafe/bar, bar/restaurant and a Super U supermarket. There is a Cave Cooperative on the outskirts of town where you can buy delicious, locally produced wines.
Villa des Vignes is within easy driving distance of the beach (15 mins), the historic town of Pezenas (10 mins) and the delightful port of Marseillan (5 mins). There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby and an abundance of Coquillages Producteurs selling Oysters and mussels fresh from the waters of the Etang de Thau.
The villa has a bright and spacious interior with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a bathroom (bath with integrated shower, wash hand basin, toilet) and also a separate wc. Bedrooms in the main house are equipped with ceiling fans.
In the garden there is a separate annex with twin beds and a shower room with toilet.
The villa has a spacious, covered veranda for alfresco dining and a large, well maintained garden with lawned areas and Mediterranean shrubs and plants. The security fenced swimming pool is 8m x 4m with 6 sun loungers. There is an outdoor table tennis area and secure parking for 2-3 cars.
TERMS: 25% deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement. A £200 damage deposit to be paid with balance.

By Jeremy on 09-Aug-2025This was the second time we have stayed in this Villa and it was as great this summer as 7 years ago. The Villa has been very well maintained and appears to have been recently decorated. The Villa is also very well provided for, with many of the basic household items provided which hasn’t been the case in many Villas / Gites we’ve rented in the past. The pool is excellent, and what was required for a surprising hot week. Pomerols is a lovely village, and the revitalised bar / restaurant in the town square was a treat to visit either in the morning for coffee during the bread run or for an evening dinner.
Fantastic property in Hérault
By Daniela on 20-Jul-2024We had a lovely holiday for 12 nights at the Villa des Vignes -Hérault. The property is perfect and has everything you need. Very clean and maintained. The swimming pool definitely a plus. Beaches easily accessible by car within 15 min the Marseillan beach and others in Cap d'Adge. Sete and Montepellier a must see! We would definitely love to book this property in the future if we were to choose the Southern France for our holiday. Thank you Nina&Roy
Villa des Vignes, Pomerols

The villa offers high-quality accommodation appointed with effortless charm. Everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday is provided. The pool and gardens are immaculately looked after and the outside space is well equipped (table tennis table, a charming terrace and comfy sun loungers round the pool). Nearby is the delightful port of Marseillan where there are many fantastic places to eat and several sandy beaches with good swimming. A visit to the quaint medieval town of Pezenas is a must – fabulous French market on Saturdays and evening market in the summer months – lovely for strolling through after a delicious dinner in one of the many good restaurants.
