Lower Canwood - 5 Bedroom (Sleeps 9) House in Hereford

Lower Canwood sleeps 9+1 is situated in Checkley in Herefordshire. It is our newest addition. We have now got six properties in total, various sizes in two different locations. They are all finished to a very high standard.
Lower Canwood has the advantage of a downstairs bedroom with a small en-suite bathroom.
The downstairs is all one level, there is a utility with a washer/dryer, sink and toilet just off the main hallway.
The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and a small en-suite bathroom with a space saving shower.
There is a lovely open plan kitchen / dining area. The dining table seats 10 people.
The living room has 2 large sofas in, one seats 4/5 guest, the other one will seat at least 3 guests. There is a large TV and a lovely log burner.
There is a private games room that has been converted from previous garage space. It is very well equipped with a pool table, table tennis and toys for little ones.
The garden is fully fenced. There is a large lawn area. There are couple of patio areas and lovely garden furniture and a gas BBQ.
We do allow a well behave dog to stay (max 2) at a small fee. Depending on age and size we sometimes ask for a returnable security deposit.

Herefordshire is a beautiful area and you can explore the countryside, but there are so many places to visit and activities to do.

There are public footpaths right on the doorstep. If you would like to explore the local area on foot, there is a circular walk, or Haughwoods popular for butterfly spotting.
There are lots of activities nearby for all ages. From Go Karts (less than 1h away) , Bowling (20mins away), Golf Courses (20mins away) to children activities (Soft play 20mins away) , Butterfly Garden (20mins away).

We do send our guests of full list of activities in the area as well as pubs. There are 2 local pubs less than 1.3miles away.
