Description
A modern and stylish house that takes full advantage of the stunning three-county views.There are four well sized bedrooms and four modern bathrooms upstairs. Three of the bedrooms have super king size beds and one bedroom has a double bed. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The property will be nicely decorated and there will be a real Christmas tree.
The house also has an advantage of a downstairs bedroom, with king sized bed and with en-suite wet room. This bedroom is perfect for people who find stairs difficult.
The kitchen and dining area is open plan, divided from the seating area by a built in, modern gas fire place. There is a separate snug room, perfect for cosy evenings in, there is a selection of board games ,toys and PS4. The kitchen is spacious and light with two fridges, chiller, electric hobs and ovens, as well as a built in Sonos sound system in the kitchen.
There is a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer by the entrance.

By S on 26-Aug-2024We had a lovely stay at Hill View House - Andrea is very helpful and super responsive, and we felt right at home straight away. While you need a car to fully explore the local area there are some lovely local walks and the house is so peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are super comfortable! Would definitely recommend.
I can’t wait to visit again soon!
By Ms I on 15-Sep-2020The booking process itself was so quick and easy. The property manager, Andrea was so helpful and friendly every time we spoke. I found the price to be completely reasonable, we paid £1320 for 2 nights and as other guests weren’t booked in we easily arranged early check in and late check out. The house itself is absolutely stunning. It is so modern and well equipped. We didn’t need any extra kitchenware, the TVs in the living areas were smart TVs so we could play YouTube or log into Netflix which was perfect for the evenings. The bedrooms were all so lovely and everything was perfectly clean. The sofa was the most comfortable sofa I have found! Overall I cannot fault the property at all, with a huge garden, beautiful views and complete privacy with basically no neighbours, this was the perfect staycation destination. I can’t wait to visit again soon!
Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a relaxing break - would love to visit again in summer. Fingers crossed!

The house (and cottage) is beautiful: gorgeous linens on comfy beds and furniture, incredibly well equipped kitchens, stylish bathrooms and absolutely stunning views. Delicious basket of local produce was left for us in addition to fresh flowers, and both the house and cottage were tastefully decorated for the season. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a relaxing break - would love to visit again in summer. Fingers crossed!
We have been having our reunions for 25 years and this is the best one so far….in fact so good that we have decided to return next year!
By Mr D on 05-Jul-2024We have just had the most amazing week at Hill View House and Stone Cottage. There were 11 of us for a friends’ reunion and we couldn’t have found a better place. The houses were beautiful, modern with every home comfort and each bedroom ensuite with fabulously comfortable beds, top quality bedlinen and beautifully appointed bathrooms. A real home from home. The location was also stunning with views to die for and great walks on the doorstep. We have been having our reunions for 25 years and this is the best one so far….in fact so good that we have decided to return next year! The welcome basket of local goodies was also a lovely touch. Thank you to our wonderful hosts and also Andrea who very promptly sorted a couple of minor issues.

We arrived to beautiful flowers and a ‘covid’ friendly welcome pack. Andrea was amazing from start to finish with her help and advice, her communication is second to none. Our extended family from 3 to 75 yrs old thoroughly enjoyed our time from the games in the ‘den’ to the beautiful views! The rain didn’t stop us enjoying walks either. We can thoroughly recommend the local pub ‘The Slip Tavern’! An amazing weekend was had by all; the only downside was having to leave! We will return!
