Leave ReviewWonderful stay in North Norfolk
By Charlotte Sisson on 22-Aug-2025We had a wonderful stay at Little Grange. The garden was well used, including the fantastic Ping pong table and very comfy furniture. Excellent BBQ. The house had everything we needed and plenty we didn’t get around to using (barely used the sitting room as we were using the garden) - the teenagers loved the games room, an excellent addition to keep them amused. We had a fantastic meal at the White Horse in the village, and a great spot for breakfast too! We had a local caterer for a family celebration; very much recommended for a special occasion - Lucinda Notley @ Ginger and Juice. Wonderful food and a real treat. We had taken our bikes and cycled to the beach every day (Holme) which was lovely and flat and easy cycling. The Grange is in a excellent position for some really good dog walks up the hill and then dropping down to Thornham (via the Thornham Deli and photos of the flooded coal barn) and back along the coast path to Holme - 10km of blissful Norfolk in the early morning sun. A great stay, plenty of room & facilities for 2 teenagers, 2 adults and the dog!!
Another fabulous stay
By Rachel King on 01-Aug-2025We returned to Little Grange this year for the 7th time. It is our favourite place to have a holiday and we always go for two weeks as one week is not enough. The house is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable with a lovely new shower room. The rooms are spacious it is really peaceful. There are only the sounds of birds in the morning. We find it very relaxing. The added bonus of the games room and outside table tennis makes teenagers want to keep returning with us. The village is beautiful and it is a short walk to a lovely pub and bakery. The beach which we go to daily is within walking distance. We feel like little Grange is our second home and feel grateful to have found this gem of a holiday house which we have used for so many years. The house is spotless. Any one who is lucky enough to find this place will have a fantastic holiday here.
Enjoyable and comfortable stay in a lovely location
By Adrian on 18-Jul-2025Little Grange was an excellent choice for a week away with family. The house is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, good indoor and outdoor seating facilities and lots of activities provided. These included an outdoor table tennis and an indoor pool table - both of which were regularly used. The house is in a quiet position and has a self-contained garden which was perfect and safe for our little dog. As keen birders and nature lovers, the proximity of a lovely beach and the Holme Dunes Nature Reserve was a bonus. The local pub (an onsite bakery) is in walking distance.
Fantastic holiday home
By Jane on 20-Jun-2025Superb holiday home set in a tranquil location. Ideal for visiting lots of beaches and other attractions. The games room was a great addition which we used every day. The garden is lovely and also enclosed if you are visiting with your furry friends. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We will definitely return.

A very lovely comfortable & quiet place to stay.
By Zoe on 23-May-2025This is our second time staying in this lovely house. We stayed here in October last year too. It’s perfect for families especially if you have elderly parents that struggle with stairs as 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs & have their own bathroom. It’s also great for children as it has a games room with a snooker table which our teenage son loved and table football along with table tennis in the garden. It’s very comfortable with lovely comfortable beds and a very well equipped house-a home from home. It’s so lovely & peaceful & it’s also great to just be able to walk to the pub for a meal and also visit the lovely bakery. A great base too for exploring North Norfolk
