Description
Home Farm Holiday Cottages is a well established business with multiple cottages all in the pretty coastal village of Weybourne. On the Home Farm site we have a lovely indoor heated pool, games room, play area, mini gym, laundry, gardens and The Beauty Room for some holiday pampering.
Each cottage is tastefully decorated, EETB 4 Stars, and fully equipped for you to enjoy a fantastic holiday.
We have two bedroom cottages sleeping just couples up to four people, and larger three bedroom houses/barns sleeping 5, 6 and 7 guests. Some properties have en suites, some are all ground floor ideal for toddlers and guests who are less mobile and five of the twenty cottages we have take a dog. There really is a property for everyone! If you visit our web site you can see each one including full photos and floorplan.
Within walking distance of each cottage is Weybourne's beach, a wonderful village shop serving frothy coffees and gorgeous cakes, Bunties Tea Room ideal for a cooked breakfast or takeaway seafood platter, and our local excellent pub, The Ship. The village also has two churches, the North Norfolk Steam Railway and the Muckleburgh Military Museum. We are only 3 miles from Sheringham with sandy beaches, and 3 miles of pretty Holt.
Locally there are some lovely walks (or runs!) from our doorstep - the beautiful 3 mile coastal path from Weybourne to Sheringham is a must regardless of your age plus lovely heathland walks through Sheringham Park.
For children there are of course great beaches all along our coast. Plus close by the Steam Railway, Dinosaur Park, the amazing Pensthorpe with Rootz play area, Bewilderwood, Wroxham Barns, Blakeney Seal Trips. Simple beach days and crabbing all a must!
Stately Homes such as Felbrigg, Blickling, Holkham and Sandringham. Fabulous churches, bird reserves, and great shopping at Holt.

Leave ReviewWe had a wonderful weeks holiday
By Jen Bramhall on 23-Sep-2024We had a wonderful weeks holiday with our ten month old little girl and couldn't recommend it enough, especially for families. The facilities were perfect and the cottage was lovely and clean.
Just had a marvellous week
By Carol Walker on 03-Aug-2024Just had a marvellous week staying in No.21. The accommodation was exactly as described and was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were holidaying with family who stayed in other cottages and we all really enjoyed the pool! The grandchildren enjoyed the tractors, the play area and soft play too. For me, being able to walk to the sea whenever I wanted was fabulous and I loved the dramatic shingle beach. With so many places to visit nearby it is the perfect spot for a family holiday. I wish we had another week! Can recommend No1 in Cromer for gluten free fish and chips, and the Ship Inn has a great menu for all tastes. Take cash out with you as many places seem to prefer it.
Fantastic stay at Pegedys
By Naomi Hawkins on 27-Sep-2018We had a fantastic stay at Pegedys - thank you Sally for your warm welcome! We were really impressed with the accommodation and the facilities and my daughters especially loved the swimming pool and play park. The detailed information pack in the cottage was really helpful too. Hope to be back soon!
We love this place. It has everything.
By Elizabeth Peters on 27-Sep-2018We love this place. It has everything. The cottages are beautifully converted from farm buildings, but in such a way that they feel homely and welcoming rather than stuffy. You feel as though you are on holiday as soon as you arrive. There is plenty for everyone to do: toys for the children, books games and DVDs if it rains, of course the indoor pool, and a superb play area outside if it's sunny. The nearby beach is a joy -- we prefer it to some of the more touristy ones along the coast, and The Ship pub is great as well, although you need to book ahead! There are loads of things to do in the surrounding area, all detailed in the information folder that comes with each cottage -- we always feel as though we've only scratched the surface. The cottages are well supplied with cooking equipment, and safety equipment if you have small people tottering around. We brought the family this year and stayed in Plover and Lapwing -- Lapwing was a brilliant place for everyone to meet for meals and Plover was ideal for a family of four. We are already looking forward to coming back next year...
Another return visit to Home Farm Holiday Cottages for a mid week break. We particularly love the location, swimming pool, games room and the cottages. Just a stroll from the beach and very close to the North Norfolk railway. Sally is very helpful and really looks after her guests too! We will be back again..
Excellent centre for all age groups
By Bizzilizzistony on 27-May-2016We travelled as grandparents with our son, daughter-in-law and two young grandchildren (2 years and 5 months). We stayed in Old Flint Barn which was excellent in every way and met our needs perfectly. The indoor swimming pool was a great success and we had it to ourselves on all but one occasion. The outdoor children's play area was also a big hit. Weybourne is well situated and we had days out in Cromer, Sherringham and Wells - all within easy reach. Beach at West Runton was great for crabs and rock pools. Also had a great day out at Pensthorpe nature reserve - well worth the drive. Sally was great - very helpful and cheerful. Would definitely recommend.
