Lynnfield Hall has been uniquely transformed into a stunning holiday home and was once a former school assembly hall attached to Lynnfield Preparatory School in the 1900's. Another one of our ‘tardis’ properties, it is totally deceptive from the outside so no-one would believe what lies inside! It certainly has the ‘wow factor’ as you walk through the doors and into each room!

Being only a few minutes walk from Hunstanton town centre and holiday facilities, it is handy for leaving the car to explore. The small courtyard is tucked away from the road with garden seating for eating ‘al fresco’ and there is off road parking for one car. Guests’ privacy is totally protected by ‘one way windows’ throughout.

Lynnfield Hall interior has been superbly and tastefully designed to offer family or couples’ very comfortable accommodation in a luxurious and modern style style with underfloor heating. Beautifully furnished and well equipped, we know guests will love this property and it’s sleek features, plus space age gadgetry in the form of a light ventilation system! Deceptive from the exterior, the interior beholds splendid light and airy accommodation, sure to please any visitor.

Entrance into main hall through to large open plan living/social/kitchen area with an array of integrated high-tech units, granite worktops, dining island, workstation with waste disposal, plus two gas rings and two electric rings. Door off kitchen leading to utility room and cloakroom (separate WC and washbasin).

Window seat with café-style table and 4 chairs for those wishing to dine traditionally. Beyond the kitchen is the lounge area where there are large sumptuous sofas surrounding the feature fireplace with wood burner, creating another social area. 54 inch Smart TV. Large open corner area, perfect for the dog's bed.

Two deluxe bedrooms, both with 'zip and link beds' which can be two 3 foot single beds (twins) or a 6 foot super king (please confirm when booking) . Each having wall mounted 32 Inch Smart TV's and an en suite shower room with large shower, WC and washbasin.
