Clifftops is a very popular, lovely detached chalet bungalow situated in a prime position at the very top of the cliffs and the lighthouse, with views over the Wash. Old Hunstanton beach is just a short, easy walk away and the property is an ideal base for exploring the North Norfolk coast with its many attractions.

Furnished to a high quality throughout the property has an enclosed rear and gated garden, mostly laid to lawn with a large patio area, summer house and garden furniture, perfect for children and sitting out in the summer. If you wish to enjoy the relaxed way of travel, the 'Coastliner' bus stops nearby, offering trips from Hunstanton all the way round the coast to Sheringham and Cromer. The Land Train stops nearby to take you along the clifftops to the town centre.

The property is carpeted or tiled (kitchen, conservatory and bathrooms) throughout with gas central heating.

Ground floor: entrance lobby, front hall. Modern kitchen with Electric Range master oven with double oven and separate grill, plus hob (5 rings). Utility room and door to back garden.
Small wet room (walk-in shower, no room for wheelchair). WC & washbasin. Large south facing lounge/dining room with feature electric fire, SMART TV and overlooks the rear garden. Conservatory off the lounge with seating, which has patio doors onto garden.

All bedrooms have twin beds which can be joined to make large doubles if required. Please advise bedding/sleeping arrangements when booking to ensure correct linen is supplied.

Garden: Summer house with metal table and 4 metal chairs, with cushions. Top patio has 2 metal chairs and table. Main patio has a metal table with parasol and 6 chairs, plus wooden table and 4 chairs. The side patio has two wooden chairs plus metal table. Parasol and cushions are stored in summerhouse and conservatory.

Parking; On the spacious driveway with room for 3 cars. Drive is gravel and not suitable for wheelchairs.
