One area that is really sought after in Hunstanton is the cliff tops. Properties along here are really popular with our guests so we always recommend booking early. Westmead is no exception as it overlooks the Wash with it’s beautiful panoramic sea views and is perfect for gazing at those glorious west facing sunsets.

This much loved detached chalet bungalow has been used by the owner’s family for many years and now they wish to share it. Older and less able guests are also catered for in the ground floor bedrooms. There is off road parking for up to 2 cars and an enclosed rear garden safe for children and pets.

Centrally heated throughout and available all year, what better way to watch the migrating birds, ships and people in a warm retreat along the cliff tops, especially in winter.

Comfortably furnished for a family holiday, Westmead offers accommodation for 6 and baby comprising:

Ground floor: entrance into lobby leading into hallway and a cloakroom with separate WC and washbasin. Bedroom one with king size bed, TV and sea view. Bedroom two with twins. TV and washbasin ( this room overlooks the conservatory). Large lounge/diner overlooking the sea with plenty of children’s games. Hall with staircase and leads to large conservatory overlooking the garden. Separate WC (no washbasin). Bathroom with bath (shower over) WC and washbasin. Fitted kitchen overlooking the rear garden and with larder cupboard. Door through to outer lobby with walk-in larder with fridge/freezer. Door to rear garden and step down to integral garage.

First floor: large landing with stairgate - a perfect play space for children but adults must be aware of the low eaves ceilings. This area has a sofa and TV. Bedroom three with king size bed together with full size wooden cot. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. There is a small balcony seating area overlooking the sea suitable for star or sea gazing. (Please be aware of safety here).

Parking; In the drive.
Garden: Mainly lawn with outdoor table and chairs.

Breakage deposit £100. Pets £30 per week.

HUNSTANTON has always been very popular since it was built by the Victorians over a century ago. With its safe, sandy beaches, glorious panoramic west facing sunsets, host of entertainment and amusements, plus being within easy reach of a host of places of interest, it offers endless attractions to all who visit. Trips to Seal Island, Theatre, Sea Life Centre, water sports, shops, supermarkets, plenty of places to eat and drink and to visit from the fun fair at one end of the promenade to the striped cliffs at the other.

There is a regular bus service along the coast and to Kings Lynn and beyond. There is something for everyone here! A perfect recipe for a perfect holiday in this beautiful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. No wonder so many people return regularly. All our properties are within easy reach of local amenities and we must not forget the regular ‘land train’ service from South to North Hunstanton along the cliff tops.

OLD HUNSTANTON is the original and quaint part of Hunstanton with it’s traditional carrstone and chalk cottages, selection of pubs/restaurants and golden sand dunes with marram grass.

There is a duck pond near the church is a popular spot and picturesque at any time of year. The Lifeboat station sits proud at the back of the dunes containing the lifeboat and museum. One of the finest Links in the country is the 18-hole Championship Golf Course at Old Hunstanton. St Mary's Church holds various events throughout the year, including a lovely annual Flower festival. There is a post office with a Deli that sells many of your everyday items.
