Rowan Berry is a semi-detached, completely self-contained, one bedroom garden flat, which has it’s own private off street parking space and enclosed, safe garden.

A tranquil location for a relaxing stay at any time of year. As the sun sets over the Lincolnshire Wolds across the wash, offering glorious panoramic sunsets guests will be ‘wowed’ by the magnificent ever-changing displays of a myriad of colours. Certainly not to be missed of an evening when taking a stroll. The cliff tops are also perfect to watch the changing weather and tides, distant ships in and out of ports and the birds gliding across the waves every day. Meander along the cliff tops to Hunstanton town itself or in the other direction to the beach, dunes and Old Hunstanton’s selection of hostelries and restaurants.

Rowan Berry has a fully fenced and secure private back garden solely for the use of it’s guests. The owner will be staying next door if you need anything.

Entering into the large open plan space of a modern living area, guests will find this very comfortably furnished, with wide patio doors opening onto the garden. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Hall leading to double bedroom and shower room having WC, washbasin and shower.
