Discover the unique charm of this Villa in Hyeres, a haven of peace, with private access to the beach, located just a stone's throw from Pesquiers Beach. This exceptional villa offers 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a breath-taking view of the Golden Islands from its living room and large terrace. The villa was completely renovated in 2025, it is equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, heating, equipped kitchen, private charging point for electric vehicles and even a gym.The villa is located on the Presqu'île de Giens, 900m from the Hyères marina, with private access to the beach which is ideal for practising your favourite water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, Stand Up Paddle, sea kayaks, or simply swimming throughout the day, while enjoying your garden and your privacy.
From the villa's terrace, you can admire the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Ile du Levant.
The villa offers every comfort for 12 people, with 5 large bedrooms and their own private shower rooms and WCs. You can also enjoy a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 terraces, 1 guest WC and 1 fitness room.
We offer extra hotel services (reception, cleaning, linen). We answer your calls 24 hours a day during your stay. The villa will be ready on your arrival, with your beds made up and a minimum of consumables in the kitchen (salt, pepper, etc.) and bathrooms (toilet paper, etc.). The house is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Towels are provided in all bathrooms at the start of your stay. For any additional cleaning and change of sheets and towels during your stay, please ask us before your arrival.
The villa has a garden with direct access to the beach and the sea. SUPs (Stand Up Paddles) are available for hire.

By Julieva on 19-Jul-2025Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa idéalement située sur la presqu’île de Giens. La maison, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée, permet de profiter pleinement de la semaine sans avoir besoin de beaucoup sortir. La plage, magnifique et accessible directement, est idéale pour se baigner en toute tranquillité, même avec un bébé et des grands-parents. La ville, accessible à pied, est charmante et animée, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons adoré notre expérience et recommandons vivement cette location !
Localisation incroyable!

Ces quelques jours au bord de la mer furent vraiment dépaysants : réveil avec vue sur la mer, terrasse avec cette même vue, plage directement à la sortie du jardin, possibilité de garer 3 voitures (très appréciable de ne pas avoir à se soucier de chercher une place),... Nous recommandons sans hésiter et espérons revenir une prochaine fois ! La logistique en tant que parents fut vraiment simplifiée par cette proximité de la mer, qui est en plus de faible profondeur sur une longue distance : idéal avec des enfants.
