Description

Detached cottage, off road parking. With walled garden 2 miles from broads, 3 miles to coast. Barn Cottage is in hamlet of Ingham with footpath to Ingham Swan pub (booking advisable) next to 13th century church. Detached accommodation set in private walled garden. Further seating in owners garden where at dusk bats can be seen flying around. Through an archway is a small orchard, surrounded by fields. We have seen deer in the fields also hares. Wroxham is only 6 miles away with boat hire, or cruises.You can see seals at nearby Horsey during breeding season.
Bedroom kingsize bed, mirrored wardrobe, bedside cabinets. Hairdryer .
Living room, open plan area with a sofa, coffee table, freeview tv, The property has electric heating throughout.
Kitchen fully fitted which includes an electric oven and hob extractor fan,microwave, fridge freezer,
dishwasher and washing machine. The cottage is well equipped with crockery utensils and glassware.

Bathroom. En suite shower room,wc ,basin ,shower point,.all towels are provided.

Parking there is a driveway by side of cottage

We are a no smoking property.
Accessibility, entrance of property along a flat gravel path ,through archway two steps down to garden, one step upto shower room. However in keeping with the age of the property, doorways are narrow.
Changeover day is usually a Saturday for 7days ,but we can be flexible, 3 nights minimum.

Very pleasant week at Barn Cottage, a well maintained comfortable residence, ideal for two people. Helpful owners who were available but never pushy. Near to tourist destinations.

PERFECT COTTAGE

We have spent a very enjoyable week at this lovely converted barn. Exceptionally clean and well appointed . Very quiet location , with pleasant country walks from the door. Ideal for both the coast and the Broads. Would happily stay here again.
