Coed Y Llan, pronounced Koy-duh-Llan, is a burst of colour and space. Fresh from a gorgeous facelift, this single‑story home feels like stepping into a Mediterranean villa… just with the comfort of knowing you’re still on Anglesey. It’s the best of both worlds: warm, bright, full of personality, and made for families who want to spread out, unwind but be together.
Sleeping ten across five generous bedrooms (three of them super‑king en-suites), the house is a bit of a TARDIS. Corridors lead off in different directions, rooms open up unexpectedly, and children discover endless opportunities for hide‑and‑seek. The living areas flow into one another: a sunken snug for movie nights, a bright mezzanine, a cheerful dining space for meals, and a conservatory perfect for board games and morning brews.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with doors that open onto an enclosed courtyard, a warm, sheltered spot that somehow feels like you’ve been transported abroad for breakfast.
