Step into the newly designed sunroom, ideal for morning coffees or watching the children play outside in the afternoons. The main living room is bright and airy, featuring large picture windows that frame the incredible views. With comfortable sofas, and armchairs it’s a space where everyone can unwind.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home. With a stylish kitchen, complete with a central island breakfast bar and all the mod cons, it’s perfect for preparing family feasts. The dining table seats eight and opens out onto a sunny rear patio area - ideal for al fresco dining. A handy ground-floor shower room, accessible from the kitchen and garage, is perfect for rinsing off sandy toes or cleaning beach gear.

Upstairs, you’ll find all the bedrooms and an additional sitting room. The en-suite master bedroom boasts floor-to-ceiling doors opening onto a Juliette balcony with panoramic views of the lake and sea. The double bedroom offers similar views and balcony access. A cosy twin bedroom and a quirky 'crog loft' bed round out the sleeping arrangements.. A shared family bathroom and separate toilet complete the upstairs amenities.

The upstairs sitting room leads out to a decked terrace, offering another fantastic spot to take in the views while enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.

The outdoor spaces are designed for family fun. The front garden provides a safe space for children and pets to play, while the rear patio is perfect for BBQs using the masonry chiminea. A convenient outdoor tap is ideal for cleaning up after a day at the beach. With multiple areas to relax and soak up the Anglesey air, Lakeside is a haven for families and furry friends alike. There is parking for three cars on Lakeside’s driveway.
