Lan Y Mor is a charming three-bedroom family-friendly cottage nestled amongst the marram grass and dunes of Rhosneigr. The property is accessed through the back entrance, which leads in from the rear street parking. The front entrance opens directly to the beach and sand dunes. Entering through the main rear entrance, you come into a well-stocked, bright kitchen/diner with a welcoming seaside feel. The kitchen features a dining table with space to seat six guests. Leading out from the kitchen, there is a raised decked area perfect for dining.

In front of the kitchen in the hallway is a door with a hidden basement den with floor loungers, a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV, games table, and disco lights, ideal for kids, as it has a low headspace. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the ground floor. The final room is a sunny lounge, which features comfortable seating and a cosy log burner for autumn-winter stays. Patio doors lead out to a delightful, decked terrace with a table and chairs to relax with a morning coffee or chilled drink while enjoying the views. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, another double bedroom with a balcony boasting outstanding views across the dunes and a twin bedroom. The first-floor bedrooms share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate bath, sink, and toilet.

The property offers direct access to the beach and dunes, making it ideal for a beach holiday. The raised decked area off the kitchen and the decked terrace from the lounge provide perfect spots for outdoor relaxation and dining. The property also includes parking for one car, with additional parking available in the surrounding areas.
