Brand new to AHL is Ty Wawr, translated as Dawn House, a spacious new-build tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Brynteg, just 2 miles from the golden sands of Benllech. With rural views stretching towards the Snowdonia skyline and a layout designed for families, it's a great base.

Inside, the home feels modern and bright. The kitchen has been purposefully designed for families, with great appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a plunger for those who take their morning brew seriously. Upstairs, you’ll find another king bedroom with far-reaching views and a cosy twin room, both next to a modern family bathroom complete with a bath, shower over, heated towel rail, basin, and toilet. Perfect spot for a long soak after a day on the coast or a continuing the evening bath time routine with the children.

The enclosed rear garden offers a patio and lawn area. A side gate provides easy access without walking through the house, ideal for wetsuits, paddleboards, or muddy paws. To the front, there’s a lawned garden and driveway parking for one car.
