In the event of COVID-19 restrictions lawfully prohibiting us offering the Dairy Barn for holiday accommodation, or for guests to travel to it , we will give a full refund of the rental monies paid in advance.

Dairy Barn is a luxury 5* Gold Award 3 bedroom barn conversion in an idyllic rural location on a working farm well known for its conservation and Highland cattle, yet it is only a short drive away from the popular beaches of Ventnor, Shanklin and Sandown and the many other attractions the Island has to offer. Dairy Barn offers exceptional comfort with three en-suite bedrooms, a large well equipped kitchen with Aga, separate dining room and spacious sunny lounge with wood-burner fire and SKY TV. It also has a private 2-acre woodland garden. The farm is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and offers some of the most magnificent landscapes in the South of England, surrounded by St Martin's Down, South Down and Wroxall Down. There are miles of footpaths and bridleways across the farm or within a few hundred yards to explore the local countryside on foot, by bike or on horseback. Minimum 3-night stay. CHILDREN OVER 12 and BABES IN ARMS ONLY as on working farm. UNFORTUNATELY NO PETS.

Tranquil and cozy retreat

Spacious and well-outfitted property that served as a great launching point for exploring the Isle is Wight. Spending our evenings in the family room with the wood-burning stove was an ideal way to end each day!

Wonderful cottage

This is a well appointed cottage in a beautiful and peaceful location . Three good bedrooms all with en suite and ample living room, dining room and kitchen. It has everything you need for a family break.
