Cornwall Cottage is a stunning family home located in the picturesque fishing village of Seaview, just a short walk from local shops and the beautiful beaches. This charming property offers relaxed and flexible accommodation, perfect for larger families or groups, with space for up to 10 guests across 5 spacious bedrooms. Ideal for a memorable seaside getaway, Cornwall Cottage combines comfort and convenience in a peaceful village setting.Walk in to lovely hallway with stair case ahead, living room to the right and downstairs bedroom with bay window with views of Solent to the left. Bed side tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. En suite bathroom, large with bath and shower over. The living room has a 2 seater sofa and armchairs and chairs, a log burner and bay window with views. Along hallway to new kitchen well fitted kitchen with all appliances, extendable table to seat 10 and door out to patio area. Conservatory off with further seating also further cloak room. Upstairs, family bathroom, walk in shower, WC and WHB. 2 x king size bedrooms. Master bedroom has bay windows and seaviews, ornamental fire place, a basin, bed side tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Guest bedroom, king size bedroom with bay windows and views, bed side tables, lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bunk room with chest of drawers and wardrobe and light for reading and a further twin bedroom with basin.
The house is surrounded by it’s own grounds with patio around the house and then laid to lawn with herbaceous borders. Parking for 2

By Christmas 2024 on 31-Dec-2024We had a lovely few days over Christmas at Cornwall Cottage. A great location and plenty of space for 7 adults and three young children. Annabel who we liaised with regarding the booking was incredibly helpful and responsive and even booked our ferry crossings for us. Would definitely recommend the house it’s lovely, would be nice to visit in the summer too!
Perfect Situation and we had a lovely stay - would recommend
By Guest October 2025 on 31-Oct-2025The situation of the house is perfect for walking to the beach and local restaurants and works well as a base for exploring the island. The local community shop is well stocked. The house is comfortably furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. We hoped to see some red squirrels and were thrilled when two arrived on the front lawn. We had a really lovely stay and would recommend a stay here and might well return ourselves!

By July 2025 on 25-Jul-2025Summer 2025 was our fourth family holiday at Cornwall Cottage. As regular Isle of Wight holidaymakers, we have stayed in many properties over the years but Cornwall Cottage is by far our favourite. There’s everything you need for cooking etc with the added bonus of a beautifully decorated house with a lovely garden to which you can retreat when the beach is a bit too hot for instance.
