We are delighted to offer Solent View, a bright and comfortable four-bedroom coastal home tucked just off St Helens Green, perfectly placed for walks to the Duver and the beach. The house offers off-street parking, a fully enclosed private garden, and welcomes pets.Ground Floor
Enter through a wide hallway leading to a spacious living room with two large sofas, additional comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and an electric wood-burning stove effect fire – ideal for cosy evenings after a day on the beach.
Down the hallway you’ll find a cloakroom on the right and to the left a large open-plan kitchen and dining area seating eight. The fully equipped kitchen is a great family space with dining area and another flat-screen TV. Double doors open to the sunny conservatory with comfortable seating overlooking the garden — a perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxed reading. The conservatory leads out to a private, enclosed lawned garden with a built-in BBQ and terraced dining area for al fresco meals.
First Floor
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, TV, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and en-suite shower room with WC and wash basin.
Double Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and TV.
Twin Bedroom: Two single beds, hanging space, and bedside tables.

Second Floor (Loft Room)
Twin Bedroom with two single beds — ideal for children or extra guests.
Outside, there is off-street parking for two cars at the front, and to the rear, a large enclosed garden with terrace accessed from the conservatory.
Solent View is within easy walking distance of St Helens Green, home to the dog-friendly café Sage, as well as lovely local walks across the Duver to the beach and Bembridge Harbour.
