Things To Do
Itteringham lies in a conservation area on the edge of a National Trust property, the Blickling Estate, which was the former home of Anne Boleyn, and provides a wonderful stately home and glorious gardens to explore. The nearby towns of Aylsham and Holt offer a good mix of high street and boutique shops, restaurants and cafés.
Coast lovers will be pleased to hear that the gateway to the glorious Norfolk coastline lies just 20 minutes away. Visit Cromer to explore the wide, sandy beach, quaint streets, Edwardian seafront, pier, and zoo. Or head to the coastal, bustling market town of Sheringham. A spot of crabbing at Blakeney is a must, as is a visit to Wells-next-the-Sea and its most photographed quay. Then, for a different kind of waterway, hop on the Bure Valley Railway at Aylsham to explore the gateway to the Norfolk Broads, Wroxham. Charter a launch or join an organised tour and watch the world float by.
Cozynook is also in a perfect location for enjoying star gazing, photography and painting. Foodies will find lots of places to eat, many of which serve local produce, and walkers, cyclists and bird watchers will be spoilt for choice too. After a day out, head back to Cozynook for a glass of wine on the terrace and plan more great days out. The beach is 7 miles from Cozynook near Norwich. With the shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile from Cozynook.

Leave ReviewGreat cozy stay
By Martin Hyde on 23-Oct-2020We were looking for a quirky property to stay at and this seemed perfect. From the outside it looked small but inside is really well laid out. Beautiful rural location. The bed in the mezzanine level was an interesting place to sleep under the stars!

Tranquility in the North Norfolk countryside
By Georgina Tregoning on 23-Sep-2020We found the property exactly as described and while small ,everything one needs is there . It’s in a lovely quiet area and the walk in Blickling hall was a highlight.
