Two local river beaches, swimming lakes and lots of rural walks. The Atlantic Coast around Royan is worth a drive of one hour and forty five minutes.

Five bedrooms, four double and one with three single beds. Two ensuite bathrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. A huge kitchen/dining room with a bespoke kitchen befitting an old building, a living room, large utility room, open plan galleried landing with its own sitting room and a full height entrance room overlooked by the gallery.
