The bedroom can be set up just how you need it—super-comfy double for a couple, or twin beds for two friends sharing. The spacious south-facing living room is wonderfully light and opens straight out to your private conservatory, patio, and pretty cottage garden. It’s an easy, level-access flow, perfect for simply wandering outside with your morning cuppa and soaking in the peace.

Inside, you’ll find everything set up for comfort: full central heating, plus a cosy wood-burning stove with plenty of homegrown logs ready to crackle away in the evenings. There are board games, a SMART TV with Netflix for relaxed nights in. It really does feel like a home from home—calm, warm, and welcoming.

The spacious south-facing living room opens straight into your private conservatory, patio and cottage garden, with the dining area set just alongside the living space. There’s also a separate, well-equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom with a shower over the bath and plenty of hot water from our bio-mass boiler. The peaceful bedroom has lovely views into the garden and fields beyond. There is a super-king bed that can be set up as twins if you prefer.
