Upstairs a new en-suite shower room has also been installed and other bathrooms have also been refurbished.

Positioned at the top of a quiet residential cul-de-sac Glebe House is just a few minutes walk from the heart of the village of Aveton Gifford, the village Post Office and shop, children's play area, and the local pub; the Fisherman's Rest.
Whether you are looking for beautiful beaches, or you are a walking, golfing, sailing or bird watching enthusiast this is a great place to take a holiday.
The ground floor offers a well proportioned lounge equipped with an internet connected 42'' Samsung Smart TV', SONOS Sound Bar Sony Blu Ray DVD Player, comfortable sofas and Laz-y-boy reclining armchairs and an attractive gas living flame fire.
A newly created spacious kitchen/dining/family room is the perfect space for family gatherings at meal times. A large 60" wall mounted Samsung internet connected 'Smart' TV and DVD Player combined with easy seating also makes this room a great place to spend leisure time. The newly installed kitchen benefits from attractive modern units, plenty of work space and is complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, and gas hob.
A separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer. Two sets of patio doors from the kitchen/dining/family room lead into a private sunny garden with enclosed paved area equipped with rattan patio furniture, sun loungers and a gas fired barbeque. The downstairs accommodation is completed by a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin.
Upstairs each of the four bedrooms has its own individual linen. There are two double bedrooms with 5' beds, each with en-suite shower rooms. Both rooms are equipped with televisions.
The third bedroom contains generously proportioned twin beds and a fourth bedroom provides a triple bunk comprising a 4' double bed with single above. A family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin completes the upstairs accommodation.

A real home from home
By Dilys on 21-Jul-2018The house is lovely and felt like a real family home, it had everything we needed and a very good information folder, it even had a little book to record any minor issues so that they could be dealt with (Not that we needed that everything was fine) We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back to Glebe House, we have been holidaying as a family since the arrival of my grandchildren for nearly ten years and have stayed all over the country and we all agreed that this is our favourite house.
