Located in a quiet cul de sac just a stone’s throw away from Kinmel Bay sandy beaches Habitat Dunes and Harbour is this cosy-yet-compact, ground floor property. Beach Apartment is perfect for couples or a young family,one very large bedroom with king size zipped twin bed cot and futon for up to teenager should you need it. The property is a small apartment with private gated access and off-road parking.We will accept one dog . Step into the property to enter into a conservatory area, which contains a two person sofa and a circular breakfast table with two cane chairs; this is the perfect space to relax and take off your shoes after a busy day of exploring the local sights. A small enclosed garden can be found on the other side of the conservatory with an outdoor table and chairs, ready for those chilled summer evenings. The door then leads into a lounge, which contains a large 3-seater leather sofa and a separate armchair with a foot stool, Glass coffee table and smart TV, an ideal room for putting your feet up in the evening and watching your favourite programmes.. The property has Wi fi Smart tv and Netflix and free viewThe spacious master bedroom contains a king size double bed, which can be split to 2 singles and a wooden futon chair .
A wardrobe, bedside tables each side of the bed one side with charging point A large chest of drawers A futon single bed and a cot can be accommodated if required please ask
There
is a door opening straight out onto the enclosed garden,with patio table and chairs so natural light is able to fill the room and provide an airy atmosphere.
Venture out into Rhyl, which is only a few minutes’ walk away and filled with plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance and makes for a great day out. Beach Apartment is the perfect holiday home for couples to unwind.
The beautiful harbour is lit up spectacularly at night and the beaches at Kinmel bay are sandy and behind the property are natural conservation dunes you can walk along the promenade all the way to Prestatyn
The dunes behind the property are a haven for wildlife and is a protected area
On the harbour which is only a few minutes away from the property there is a nice cafe bike hire fishing trips and water sports.Fishing from the landing stages
Only £65 a night out of season £70 July and £85 Aug and Bank holidays and Xmas and New year £90 min 3 nights )
The apartment has very secure black iron gates and parking for one car Perfectly safe for your pet as these can be locked We provide all you will need for your stay but we do not provide personal towels
