Florence -January 2022 Wow. This was the most beautiful, peaceful and cosy stay! We were blown away by this quaint little cottage as soon as we walked in; the pretty decorations and lovely touches were most welcomed. We were even surprised with some tasty goodies and some Prosecco on arrival… so it’s safe to say that we were won over straight away. We spent most of our time chilling on the settee with the softest blankets, by the log burner, after a hot bath. The cottage is perfect for winding down and shutting off from the rest of the world. Every room was spotless, and with the living room and 2 bedrooms each having a TV, this is ideal for those wanting to have their own space in the cottage too. This is the perfect stay for a couple or a little family. We brought our dog and he loved heading down to the world class beaches (not in walking distance but so easy to get to by car as Lanhydrock is so central), and then coming back to the warmth of the fire. It has all been absolutely wonderful (and so romantic!) - even better than we ever imagined. We have a soft spot for staying in traditional cottages in our stunning county of Cornwall, with the exposed beams and log burners, and this one (thanks to the Debra and the team) was made even more special, and the team went the extra mile… it was unforgettable. Any further info or help you need with the stay, the team are so accessible by phone, and maintain great communication. We couldn’t fault our stay at all. Upon arrival we were surprised that the cottage was even more impressive than the photos. The accomodation is beautiful and my partner and I have already agreed that this is where we'll be staying on our next trip to Cornwall.
