October Stay 2022
By Peter on 01-Nov-2022We had been searching for some time for a particular property to accommodate 3 generations of our family. Merryfield Farmhouse on paper was ideal for us and so it proved to be in reality. The bedroom configuration was exactly what we wanted and all with ensuites. Downstairs the huge country style kitchen, large comfortable lounge, and separate living room provided plenty of space for everyone. The games room and indoor heated swimming pool were the real bonus (especially as the weather wasn''t brilliant). Even the family dog was catered for with secure garden areas to roam in and an outdoor shower for cleaning muddy paws after walks down the country lanes. Our host couldn''t have been more helpful and accommodating during our stay from when we arrived to when we departed. Anything we needed he was on hand to accommodate us. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made us extremely welcome throughout our stay. The house and its amenities were excellent and exactly as stated in the property information provided online. Merryfield Farmhouse is a gem in the Cornwall countryside and we already talking about a revisit in the future.
