Description

Two bedroom self catering detached bungalow set in a gorgeous private estate close to the Stannary town of Liskeard, South Cornwall. Beds are made up ready for your arrival with fresly laundered linens and towels, for use within the bungalow, are also provided. (please bring your own swimming/beach towels)

Sleeps 4 with one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. A travel cot and high hair can supplied at no added cost.

Comfortable lounge area with fire, flatscreen TV/DVD and separate dining room.

Fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. Full compliment of crockery, cutlery etc. Saucepans, wok. Slow cooker and filter coffee machine.

Bathroom with bath and over bath shower..

Outside rattan furniture to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Close to the A38 for easy access to all areas.

A reservation/damage of deposit of £100 is required for all bookings which is returned in full if there have been no losses/damage or extra cleaning costs incurred. A cleaning fee of £70 is added to all bookings and which is paid direct to the cleaning company (we have no control over these charges).
The full price of the holiday may be paid in two instalments with the first 50% 60 days before rrival and the final 50% plus cleaning fee 14 days before arrival.
Full check in information is sent to you one week before your arrival.

Please note: Due to guests charging their electric cars from the property it has been necessary to install a coin meter for the electricity. As electricity charges are therefore not included we keep our rental prices lower than most, if not all, others on site. Please be reassured it is illegal to add any premium onto the electricity charges so you only pay for what you use at the prevailing rate.
