Create your own private bubble in this beautiful, centuries old French villa located in an idyllic ‘bastide’ town in the heart of the wine growing countryside in southern France. Just minutes away from the 13c colonnaded village square of Lisle Sur Tarn, it makes the perfect holiday destination for couples and families, winter and summer. The villa is the perfect setting for family celebrations: 18th's and 21st's birthdays to silver, golden and diamond wedding anniversaries have been celebrated here. Walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Wine tasting at the many vineyards close to the house. Sunday market and many village festivals throughout the year. Cycling, walking, kayaking and sailing.
How to get here:
By air: fly to Toulouse airport and 40 minutes drive north from Toulouse
By car: approximately 10 hours drive from Calais
By train: from London St Pancras to Lisle Sur Tarn station (approx. 9 hours 15 minutes)
There is a train station in the village within a 5 minute walk of the villa with direct trains to and from Toulouse station
The property has a garage with room for one large car. Plenty of public parking available close by.

Sleeps up to 14 in 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms: / shower rooms
On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms (one ensuite) and 1 twin bedded room - 2 bathrooms and 1 spacious shower room
On the second floor, 1 double room, 1 twin bedded room, 1 triple bedded room (ideal for children or teenagers) - 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, separate toilet.

Dogs allowed (by arrangement). Additional cost of £10 per day per dog (short stays) or £50 per week.
All linen and towels can be provided by arrangement with our concierge service. Linen cost £20 per bed, £10 per person.
Cleaning cost £180.
Out of high season just the first floor can be taken at a reduced rate. The house is then ideal for small families or couples. Please call to enquire.
Prices from £1350 to £4100 per week. (before discount for lower occupancy out of high season)

Deposit required: £750 refundable if no damage within 14 days of departure

Great location in Lisle sur Tarn with walking access to local small supermarket, excellent Boulangerie and butcher. Easy access by train to Toulouse and nice local villages and towns to visit with lovely local produce.

Superbly located

The garden was a welcoming oasis, focused around the excellent pool with a good variety of seating and sunning areas.
