Description

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, next to the River Arun
Your holiday starts the moment you arrive. Our lovely modern house on the east bank of the River Arun. We are 5 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, mainline railway station and Littlehampton's bathing beaches. Swimming pool, tennis and Crazy Golf available 5 minutes drive along the sea front, or it's a nice walk along by the river and beach. Just across the river are Arun Yacht Club and Littlehampton Golf Club (please check with club if handicap certificate is required). Also within easy reach of Glorious Goodwood for the Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival Weekend. We have a large double room with en-suite shower and river view, a second room with twin beds and a third single room. There is a family bathroom as well as a ground floor cloakroom. Easy access by train or road and private offroad parking. Relax and Enjoy! Wifi is available although not unlimited. All linen and towels are provided. Please note that all our photos are taken of the house or from the garden. A great place to relax and watch the river.

Direct trains to Gatwick Airport and London Victoria. Trains also to Chichester, Brighton and Portsmouth.

Please note we will ask for a security deposit. This is returned as soon as we have checked the house has been left reasonably clean and in good order. Over the years we have been lucky and only once needed to hold back part of a deposit. This is a second home to us and we would like you to enjoy it as much as we do.

Great view

From arrival at the house we felt completely at home. Everything we needed was there. The patio overlooking the river was such a relaxing place for drinks and lunch. Barnaby and Valerie were the perfect hosts.

Easter break

We had a lovely time staying at the riverside house in Littlehampton. The house is perfect - comfortable, clean, very helpful owners, with everything you could need for a great stay. The location is perfect too - easy walk distance to both the east and west beaches, and shops, restaurants, take aways. We couldn't have asked for more.

cosy and warm for a winter stay

Stayed for 2 weeks over Xmas and new year. Ideal location backing onto the river and only a few minutes walk to the shops and on the riverside walkway to the beach. Off-road parking next to the cottage which was clean, warm and comfortable in all respects as well as being well equipped. Excellent information from the friendly owners who live locally and are easy and available to contact. Would visit again.
