The Seashells is a beautiful, modern four bedroom, four bathroom home on the seafront at Littlestone-on Sea in Kent. With uninterrupted views over the English Channel, the house is opposite the pebble beach at Littlestone and a 10 minute walk from the wonderfully sandy stretch of beach at Greatstone.

Set over four floors, with three sea facing balconies from which to enjoy the view across the bay, you are sure to find an ideal spot to relax with your morning coffee (or a glass of bubbles). It is a light, bright and comfortable space that sleeps eight guests, making it perfect for two families to share or for friends or family to get together and enjoy.

There is a large kitchen with dining space and two comfortable sofas as well a cosy lounge on the top floor. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all a good size and the master bedroom has a private balcony with sea views and a lovely en-suite shower room.

The Seashells is a perfect place to explore the Kent coast, play the championship golf course, get out on the water or just relax on the beach. There is so much to do in the surrounding area – check out our “Things to Do” page for some ideas.

Accommodation :

Lower ground floor : Bedroom (4) with king-size bed, large shower room with sink and toilet, garage with utility area for washing machine and tumble drier and access to gated courtyard for off-street parking or cooking on the BBQ. The garage also has a table tennis table, a Fuzeball table, and a dartboard.

Ground floor : Front door and entrance lobby (ideal for coats and shoes!), kitchen/day room with beautifully fitted units, an island with bar stools, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob, air fryer, wine fridge, instant hot water tap, and Nespresso coffee machine. Seating for 8 around an extendable table, 2 x sofas, large TV and balcony, Amazon Alexa with Spotify. Separate WC.

First floor : Master bedroom (1) with super- king-size bed and private balcony with sea views, en-suite shower room. Guest bedroom (2) with super-king bed (or 2 x singles if preferred), en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.

Top floor : Lounge area with sofas and smart TV, fireplace, kitchenette with sink and fridge, balcony with extensive sea views and outdoor lounge furniture. Separate bedroom (3) with super-king bed (or 2 singles) and views towards Littlestone Golf Club. Full bathroom with bath and shower.

Exterior : At the back of the house there is a paved area which can be used for secure parking or outdoor seating. Parking at the front of the house is free.

The Seashells welcomes two medium sized, well behaved dogs by prior arrangement.
