By Stephen Collins on 30-Jun-2024Anyone could happily pass here and not fear that life had left them out. Hearing the nudge of birdsong and bee compels a soul to determine source To view growing foxglove towers gives sense to the naming of all good plants and flowers As all about signals left by badger, fox and vole leave us for a time reconnected While the ever changing cloud or taste of wind and sun on skin is enough Se we live a while within old stones and wooden beams in the cart shed Outside later blackness magnifies to bring endless starline And if more were needed the good company of those tow who have brought us here to the front of the head To share these happy endings
Fantastic, Wonderful time!
By Andy & Rosie on 05-Jul-2024We had a wonderful holiday here. The cottage is amazing, the views and surrounding towns – New Quay, Aberaeron etc are beautiful aesthetic places to visit. I feel there is no doubt we shall return here. Norma & james are fantastic hosts. What a fantastic, wonderful time we have had!
Much anticipated return visit
By Suzanne & Mark on 30-Jul-2024A much anticipated return visit to this beautiful setting. The cottage is cosy and had everything we needed including central heating on one cold wet day. Good meals at the New Inn, Pentre Arms and the Copper Pot Cardigan. Recommend booking the copper pot and going to the cinema at Arts centre. Nothing beats a day on beach at llangrannog. Just make sure you pay for carpark within 10 minutes. So much to see in garden and pond. We even saw dolphins in the Sea. Looking forward to our stay next year. Thank you Norma & Jim our fantastic hosts.

By Monica on 10-Aug-2024What a magical place and a real home from home. Everything you could possibly wish for is right here, beauty, peace and tranquillity along with every home comfort and more. Hot baths by candlelight, a comfortable bed and a roaring log fire. Walks in fields with a lively puppy too and wonderful hosts. The perfect mini-break, Thank you Norma & James for a little taste of Paradise!
At one with nature
By Maria & patrick on 22-Aug-2024We had a perfect time stepping off the treadmill of modern, hectic life. This is an idyll, at one with nature, the perfect antidote to stresses. Norma & James have created an ideal ambience, with all that you may need contained within – a roaring log fire on those gloomy rainy nights, Comfortable, cosy, all mod cons. What more do you want? Our hosts struck the right note between genuine, informative hospitality & respect for our need for peace and tranquillity. We will certainly recommend & return!
