Description

A luxury barn conversion with modern amenities, private Jacuzzi hot tub, patio garden, wood burner set on a tranquil 35 acre small holding within 2 miles of the scenic coast of Cardigan Bay. As well as an enclosed patio garden, there is a dedicated fenced paddock for dogs to enjoy too (one well behaved dog welcome). This cosy cottage is on the first floor of the detached Coach House, accessed via external stone steps. It has a well equipped kitchen, reclining Ekornes leather sofa, large walk in shower and comfortable king size bed. The kitchen, dining area and cosy seating by the dual aspect wood burner is located on the first floor. The bedroom shares the dual aspect wood burner, has a king size oak bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, lit mirror, tiled floor with underfloor heating and a heated towel rail (also located on the first floor). There are oak floors throughout the property and bespoke soft furnishings and feather bedding. There is access to a shared utility room where you will find a washing machine, ironing facilities and extra freezer space. The Jacuzzi hot tub is located in its patio garden and it has its own dedicated parking area at the garden gate. Fibre broadband will help you search for places to explore, keep in touch or share the beautiful photos taken as you explore the local area. We are unable to accommodate children (including visitors). There is ample parking, we have CTCV on site, NOT the actual cottage grounds at all but vehicles accessing the shared driveways to Dolgoy smallholding and cottages communal car park. 1 dog very welcome, there is a share exercise paddock for them to enjoy..

Ideal for a couple, a great base for discovering picturesque Cardigan Bay, 2 miles from the coastal village of Llangrannog and the Welsh coastal path and many attractions inland. Located in the tranquil grounds of Dolgoy. Steps from your private patio garden when you will find your hot tub leads up to The Coach House Loft. You walk into the lofted beamed living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and reclining leather sofa. There is a dual asect log burner between the living area and the bedroom. There is a TV in the bedroom and the ensuite has a large walk in shower and underfloor heating. the bedroom has a king size bed . One well behaved dog is very welcome and we have a paddock with picnic bench dedicated as an exercise area. No children.

Location: Dolgoy is a 35 acre small holding within a mile of the Ceredigion coastal path and less than 3 miles from the coastal village of Llangrannog with dog friendly pubs and cafes. There are many coves to explore as well as market towns, the colourful port of Aberaeron and further afield the university town of Aberystwyth. We are both rural and coastal, set in a sheltered valley. There is a well-stocked convenience store and garage 4 miles away and further amenities in Cardigan (12 miles), Aberaeron (14 miles) and Aberystwyth (30 miles) in which you can find delis, restaurants and larger supermarkets. We also have a number of farm shops and easy access to local produce nearby. This is an ideal area for walking and sightseeing from peaceful coves, dolphin watching, exploring our market towns, coastal towns, waterfalls, castles and birds of prey. There are historic monuments, gardens to explore, National Trust properties and much more. Further afield, you can head to Pembrokeshire and the smallest city of St David’s or north to Devil’s Bridge. Something to explore whatever the season or cosy times by the wood burner, enjoying our starry nights or simply relaxing in the tranquillity of Dolgoy
