For your peace of mind, we operate SafeHome hygiene practices between guests,and all linen is professionally laundered and sanitised.
For stays of 2 or 3 nights there will be cleaning and laundry fee of £60.00 per stay. Additional guest fee: £9.00 per night (additional guests after 4) Pet fee: £25 per stay.
Beautiful modern house with private garden, ideal for short break or extended stay. Abbey Wood Railway Station is a 5-6minute drive away, or a short ride by frequent bus services. The Elizabeth Line offers smooth connections for the West End, and modern trains operated by South Eastern and Thameslink, reach Greenwich and London Bridge, providing access to the London Underground. Charing Cross (Trafalgar Square & West End Theatre District) is a 32minute journey calling at Whitechapel Station. There are frequent Dockland Light Railway (DLR) train services to Stratford (home of the 2012 Olympics) departing from Woolwich Arsenal Station, a short ride away by bus or train.

By Scott on 04-Oct-2019We stayed here on two separate occassions during our trip to the UK. Paolo was very accomodating and easy to deal with. Communication was fantastic and unit was as described. Location wasn''t an issue due to the fantastic bus system in London. Had a couple of small issues that Paolo got fixed straight away, very happy with our selection.
Clean and comfortable
By Tim on 09-Jun-2014We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely house during a family sightseeing visit to London. There was plenty of room for our young family of 5 and the house was clean, well furnished and equipped making our stay both pleasant and comfortable. A very short walk to the bus and a 5 minute ride to Abbey Wood train station meant we could soon be in the centre of London and its sights. The owner was very polite and helpful.

By Manuela on 22-Oct-2022Wir 5 waren gut aufgehoben. Die tfL Anbindungen sehr gut, auch zum und vom Flughafen aus. Das Haus hat ist etwas betagt und so auch das Mobiliar was dem ganzen keine Abbruch tat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
In rust genieten van Londen....
By Lisette on 06-Oct-2022We hebben een week gelogeerd in deze woning. Het was een oase van rust, na een dag in de drukte het hectiek van sprankelend Londen. Het is een fijne woning die van alle gemakken voorzien is en goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.

By Toralf on 27-Jul-2022Netter Vermieter, für London zu empfehlen. Wohnung in Ordnung und geräumig. Parkplätze vorm. Haus. ruhige sichere Gegend. ca. 20 min mit dem Auto zur UBahn. genügende Parkplätze an der UBahn (gegen Gebühr). Richtung Süd und Süd Ost verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Aussagen von Paolo bezüglich eines Wasserdruckverstärkers und der Reparatur des 2ten WC waren korrekt.
