Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise please let us know straight away and we will do our very best to resolve them for you as soon as possible.
Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. This is a quiet residential, neighbourhood. No noise after 10pm.
Please note that we have a device installed at the property that detects noise levels and alerts us to excessive noise at the property. The same device detects cigarette smoke. Smoking is prohibited.
You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property. This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay.
A hold of £300 will be placed on your card 2 days before check-out as a security deposit. This is not a charge, and the hold will be automatically released 5 days after check-out, provided there are no deductions for damages. Any necessary deductions will be communicated to you prior to processing.
Strictly no parties
No smoking or candles.
Please park considerately in our driveway. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Do not park on the village green or grass verges.
