The house is located a few hundred meters from the centre of the town with its shops, boulangeries and a dozen restaurants. It is also beside the town park which has a lake, a good work-out course and municipal tennis courts, all with the beautiful background of the mountains at the foot of Mont Ventoux. The property has a side entrance to the municipal car park leading up to the town, with all its facilities, by foot 50 – 100 meters.

This little town, at the foot of the “Giant of Provence”, is famous for being including on the Tour de France and is surrounded by the best Southern Rhone vineyards. It has restaurants, bars, electric car recharger base, high class Spa (Pilates, yoga and other classes), weekly market (Wednesdays), 12th Century church offering classical concerts during July and August (after the weekly market), pharmacy, doctors, dentists, physiotherapist, nurses, beautician, hairdressers, post office, photographer, supermarket, garage, hotels, newsagent, bakeries, patisseries, tennis courts, and all are easily within walking distance (50-100 meters to the start of the shops and restaurants, 700 meters from the villa to the church at the top of the town).
