On entering Victoria Point, through the front porch, the comfortable lounge is on your left with wall hung smart television and wood burning stove. The opposite side is the large kitchen / dining room with an electric aga, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. At the back of the house is the ground floor shower room, with wash hand basin and toilet, along with the laundry cupboard with a washer dryer inside.
Upstairs is found two double bedrooms with king-size beds both overlooking the river, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and toilet.
From the split-level landing is the door leading to the elevated garden to the rear with lawn, slated patio and summerhouse all enjoying a panoramic outlook over the Truro river.

No trip to Cornwall is complete without a dip in the water, head to Loe Beach Water sports who offer lessons in sailing dinghies, hire kayaks, stand up paddle boards and powerboats, or head to the north coast surfing beaches.
