Description
Whether you seek adventure, entertainment, relaxation or simply the chance to all get together for up to 16 people our house is your Yorkshire home. Ideally located close to the East Coast and North York Moors suitable for all ages designed and renovated for large groups and get togethers with private parking, an enclosed private garden, outside seating, a BBQ area and a large wood-fired hot tub. All eight bedrooms are en-suite and for your comfort a large kitchen, dining living area, TV room, utility with washing and drying facilities and a warm boot room for drying any wet gear!. Dog friendly but living downstairs only, there are also 4 outdoor kennels provided for your dog's comfort. Ideal location for all outdoor sports and activities such as golf, biking, walking, horse riding, water sports, open water swimming, and sailing available locally. By Rombi on 28-Jul-2025Immaculate house, love that each room is unique. All en suites is a huge plus. The living areas are stunning and so many details have been thought about with such a care. Can’t fault it at all! We had a nice walk to the Dawny Arms pub. The on site pizza was great too! And we had a nice breakfast at Sally Middlewood farm shop just 5 mins drive away. But it was perfect for a big group to be together just at the house too.
Plenty of outdoor space and the Hot Tub was a winner
By Leeming on 13-Jul-2025We stayed for my 70th Birthday 14 of us in total lots of room for us the ensuite bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Plenty of outdoor space and the Hot Tub was a winner with many of us. Would definitely come again and would recommend it to anyone. We went for Sunday Lunch to THE FOXHOUND Pub and Restaurant at Flixton and would highly recommend it the meals were reasonably priced and you got plenty of food the plates were overflowing plenty of meat and every vegetable going absolutely 5 service
Homestead is a gorgeous house, with lots of attractions nearby
By O'Brien on 02-Jul-2025Homestead is a gorgeous house, beautifully renovated and decorated/furnished to a very high standard, super comfy too! The kitchen/dining room in particular is fabulous! We loved the outdoor space too,comfy seating - our dogs loved cooling down under the table too,the hot tub was well enjoyed and we had fun playing jenga & croquet! We will definitely recommend you! We didn't venture very far as the weather was so lovely, but the Dawnay Arms in West Heslerton, just over a mile away, is lovely and we had a fabulous lunch in the beer garden,which is safely enclosed for dogs! The beach at Filey is gorgeous with easy parking and nearby Malton is foodie heaven! The young adults in our party also enjoyed the waterpark on the Saturday morning!Lots of other attractions to enjoy next time!

By Slennett on 03-Feb-2025Fantastic location, easy to find. Spacious accommodation and very cosy. It really is a home from home.16 people with dogs felt great and not overcrowded with the layout of the house. The hot tub is definitely a feature, Will definitely return.
