A modern cottage, Manor has a large open plan living area upstairs, with fantastic views over the countryside down to the sea.UPSTAIRS
Outside steps up to small balcony/seating area, with main entrance door opening on to open plan living/kitchen space with views over the countryside to the sea. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge- freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer. There is a dining table and chairs with space for 6. Woodburner, TV and DVD
GROUND FLOOR
There are two double bedrooms (one with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room) and a twin bedroom opening off a hall. The bathroom is opposite the twin room. There is access to the ground floor from outside through a door in the twin room.
Manor has outside seating on the ground floor and chairs on the ground floor and chairs on the upstairs balcony.
Manor is part of a small holiday complex with 10 cottages sleeping between 2 and 11. On site we have shared facilities including an outdoor pool (open Easter-end September), hot tub, tennis court, play area and games room.
Hilton Farm Holidays is a 10 minute drive from Bude and Widemouth Bay. There is a great choice of beaches ranging from family beaches with good facilities to more remote spots. Watersports, golf available locally. The South West coastal path runs through Bude so we are well placed for walkers. Tintagel, Crackington Haven, Clovelly, Hartland Abbey, Boscastle are all a short drive away. Padstow, the Eden Project, Lanhydrock are around an hour's drive.

By Andy on 27-Jul-2024The cottage is one of a group set within well maintained grounds affording guests with space to relax when not out enjoying the local beaches and seaside towns. Excellent support from Faye and Bernardo providing a travel cot as we were travelling with our newborn for the first time. Thank you!
