Description

Sawmill cottage originally accompanied the old joiner’s shop and was a family home for several generations. There is easy access with off-road parking in front of the cottage. The cottage has a homely feel throughout, with a fully fitted kitchen/dining area, a spacious beamed lounge with multi-fuel stove and a cosy snug with tub chair and settee for those quieter moments. There are marvellous views down the valley from the conservatory, leading out to a small decked area with benches.

There is a toilet with washbasin on the ground floor for convenience, and a main bathroom on the first floor with toilet, basin, bath and separate shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large shower and features a view of the village. There are 2 further spacious bedrooms with far reaching views across the valley, one twin/double and one single. With TV’s in the lounge, kitchen/dining area and each of the 3 bedrooms, families can spread out and watch channels of their choice.
