**** NB ALL DECEMBER CHRISTMAS BREAKS MUST BE BOOKED BEFORE 30TH OF NOVEMBER****Located on site at Butlins Resort in Butlins Caravan Village, a short 7 minute walk from the main centre, this privately owned well appointed caravan is pleasant and very modern and is a 3 bedroomed Willerby Salsa model. The is a shower room with WC . The is an additional separate room with WC and basin.
** A small £50 deposit on advance bookings secures the date with the balance due by 6 weeks of the date of the break**
8 FREE Entertainment passes on family breaks and 6 Free passes on adults only live music breaks is included in the price except for Arena events such as Shiine, Madness, and FatBoy slim. Bedding is also included.

It is is one of our 2 caravans, (to view the my other caravan the reference is P307740 on this site) being very close to each other and ideal for larger groups wanting to book both caravans together, but of course are also booked separately, The décor is modern & contemporary.
It is situated on a lovely plot with a grassed area and a large paved patio on the Lakeside caravan park within the Butlins complex.
Hire includes access to facilities and shows at Butlins including the fair, Splash World indoor swimming pool with wave machine & flumes, live shows, soft play area, & wooden fort.
There is fishing on the lake. ( subject to licence)
Other facilities on offer such as go karts, crazy golf, bowling, cinema- all available at an additional charge.
There is an amusement arcade and several restaurants and pubs, a launderette , 2 supermarkets, Burger King and Pizza Hut. The caravan is double glazed and has a spacious lounge area with a gas fire, a shower room with basin and toilet.
There is also an additional separate WC with sink.
There is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms (guests can push the single beds together to make a double if desired) & an additional fold out double bed in the lounge. The caravan can accommodate up to 8 people.

Bedding is also included.
Willow Dean has been equipped to a high standard and offers a LARGE 43" flat screen TV & DVD player and a selection of DVD's, radio/CD player with MP3 connector lead. There is also a PS3 games console and hairdryer.
The kitchen which has a full sized oven & hob & fridge with ice box, has been very well stocked with kettle, 4 slice toaster, George Foreman health grill, microwave and cafeteria. Various sized plates, glasses and serving dishes and a variety of cooking utensils are provided. Guests with younger children will also find a selection of plastic plates, bowls and tumblers a bed guard, high chair, and travel cot. Outside you will find a large wooden picnic bench and a BBQ ( guests will need to provide their own charcoal) and a rotary washing line.
No need to bring washing up liquid or toilet rolls as these are provided at no extra charge
There is a parking space for one vehicle next to the caravan but additional car parking is available on the main car parks. Gas & electric is included in the price. The caravan is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Butlins at Minehead is located across the road from a large sandy beach. A windbreak and beach parasol have been provided for guests convenience.
The town of Minehead with further shops, pubs and restaurants is a 10 minute walk from the entrance at Butlins.Please note there are a few dates throughout the year which require additional tickets to be purchased such as the Shinne & Cream events .Please enquire for further details or view the Butlins web site. *****BEDDING INCLUDED, NO NEED TO BRING QUILT COVERS ,SHEETS ETC******** Guest will need to bring their own, towels and tea towels *

Shower was lovely and powerful, toilet rolls and handwash supplies which was a nice touch. Janet was easy to get hold of and all communication with booking and whilst on resort was excellent. Would stay again in the future and highly recommend! Thank you!
